All on-line orders are encrypted and sent through our secure server, using SSL technology to prevent information from being intercepted. You will see a lock in the bottom corner of
your browser. No credit card numbers are stored in any system at CharmaineLouise New York, Inc. ®.
How long does it take to process my order?
Please allow a full 2 days for your order to be processed.
What are my shipping options?
We ship via FedEx Overnight, 2-day, or Ground. Do not forget to allow a full 2 days processing time before your shipment goes out.
If I place my order on Thursday
and request overnight shipping, will I receive it on Friday?
No, your package will be delivered on Tuesday. The order takes a full 2 days to process.

Does CharmaineLouise send me
a confirmation on my order?
Yes. As soon as we have completed the order process, we will email you
a confirmation. If you do not receive this information within 48 hours
of your order, please call or email us immediately to make sure we received
your initial order.
Will my items look exactly like
the items in the photographs?
We pride ourselves in our high-quality craftsmanship and will ensure that we use only the highest quality materials. Items are hand-crocheted by skilled artisans from hand-dyed yarns that may result in slight variations in color and stitch from the items shown in the photographs.
What is CharmaineLouise's return
policy?
All sales are final. We cannot accept returns or exchanges on bras,
bandeaus, or bikini bottoms. We will facilitate exchanges on loungewear/ready-to-wear
items that are ordered in the wrong size. We suggest you refer to our
size
chart to determine your appropriate size. We can only accept exchanges
on items that meet the following requirements:
- Item has not been worn, washed, or altered
- All original tags are still attached
- Item is not a bra, bandeau, or bikini bottom

items within 14 days of purchase.
Are bras, bandeaus, or bikini bottoms returnable?
No. For the protection of our customers we do not allow returns on bras,
bandeaus or bikini bottoms. We suggest you refer to our size
chart to determine your appropriate size. If you are between sizes,
go to the larger size. This policy is for the protection of your health.
